How to configure SPF record for your DirectAdmin server

In this article, we will describe how you can change configure the SPF record on a DirectAdmin Server. We will make a small change in our DirectAdmin configuration which adds the needed include in the SPF record when a new domain is added to DirectAdmin.

Step 1: Log in with SSH

Step 2: Configure the SPF records

Run the command below to configure the SPF record.

/usr/local/directadmin/directadmin set extra_spf_value " include:_spf.smtprelay.snel.com"

Step 3: Restart Directadmin

Apply the changes by restarting DirectAdmin.

systemctl restart directadmin
