Excellent assistance with the installation of our dedicated servers. There was some delay in delivering a server with a specific configuration, but this was neatly resolved by offering a more expensive model for the same price. The helpdesk is extremely accessible and does everything possible to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. It's also great that dedicated servers can be placed in the same network as VPS servers, which is certainly not possible with every provider. The only point for improvement could be that the delivery of dedicated servers can take longer (up to 2 weeks). However, if this is known in advance, it is not a problem because dedicated servers are logically always later in delivery than VPS.
